I just ordered KPC & Legs & glutes!

i think KPC might be a little more intense at some spots b/c of the fast paced but there is not alot of jumping like in KickMax. and you will get a great stabilty ball abs workout with KPC. and the premixes are awesome. i like that she premixed segments from both workouts.

KPC has a long warm up (like KM) but you do the drills before the combos. I've slowly learned to love KM but KPC was very easy to love right from the get go. It is interesting to see how Cathe's form has evolved and obviously improved from CTX through CK, KPC and KM, her form in KM is amazing:)

You are indeed a LuckeeLaydee Paula, you will love these new workouts and the incredible amount of premixes offered.

KPC is awesome and I think far more fun than Kickmax, which to me is more of a cardio-blast-kicbox-flavored type of workout. :) KPC, on the other hand, is the REAL thing! The combos are really loads of fun. You'll also love L&G. That was my first Cathe!

I have KPC taped off FitTV--what am I missing from the DVD version? I really enjoy the KPC combos, but I'm not crazy about the more high-low moves.

You are missing alot DVD vs. FitTV version. KPC itself is a much longer workout and legs and glutes workout is on the DVD AND there are awesome premixes for KPC and LG individually, as well as premixes which combine the two. There's not that much in the way of hi-lo type moves with the total KPC, it is kicking, punching and combos.

I think it's well-worth the money.
 
I received the Dvd and did KPC for the first time this morning. WOW! I really enjoyed KPC. I thought it would be much tougher than KM but it really wasn't. It was much LONGER it seemed, but very fun and I managed to do the whole thing. I can't believe the amount of Premixes! Will I ever be able to do them all? Legs and glutes is the next on my list to try.
So far I love this dvd!

Paula, don't you just love getting new workouts? I am glad that you liked KPC. I have had this DVD for about 2 months and haven't done L&G yet. I was thinking about doing it tomorrow, but I don't know if I should do cardio instead. Such decisions!!

Berry, I am going to try L & G tomorrow night and guess what I did this morning? TADA...(drum roll, please) ALL of lomax!
It seems like I am really starting to see major benefits from Cathe.
We are a lucky bunch!
