I just did PS Chest, Shoulders and Triceps............

and I did a 50 POUND chest press!!!!!:7 I probably could have gone heavier but by the 3 set wouldn't have been able to do it. But I was sooo pleased with 50 pounds!!:) Tickled me pink to be able to do that, I had kept it at 40-45 for so long, today was the day to up it and I did and I was able to do it!!!! Maybe after a few times at 50 I will get courageous and up it to 55 or 60 pounds.:D

Anyway had to tell somebody!!! And you gals would understand better than anybody.

Wow, Annette, that's fantastic! :) I just got the PS DVD a couple of weeks ago and have done legs but haven't tried any of the upper body yet...now I'm inspired to do so! lol...How long have you been using the workout before you were able to get to 50 pounds for the chest press? Congratulations! :)
 
Maybe 6 months off and on, I really like the series and do it more than anything else at the moment. The PS S,C & T is my favorite of the 3 though I do like the having leg work that is both standing and floor work together. I didn't push myself to increase I just had fun seeing what I could do with it this is or was my first strength series so I eased into it. Now I like strength better than endurance.
