The rep count is fast, but Cathe does lower her weight signicantly for this workout. It still burns however! When I finished my Slow and Heavy rotation (3 weeks), I then did the following for 4 weeks:
Sat. Power Hour
Sun. MIC
Mon. Power Hour
Tue. Step Works
Wed. Power Hour
Thu. Cardio Kicks
Fri. Rest
Do you have MIS? Cathe has suggested doing MIS 2x's per week and PH 1x that same week for 4 weeks, then doing PH 2x's per week and MIS 1x that same week for 4 weeks. Have fun!
