I just did PH for the first time and i love it!

Yes i finally did it. I do feel alittle sore today, I have been doing SH serier prior. What a great work out. How many times per week do any of you do this? What about the rep count? i found it alittle fast. thanks.
 
The rep count is fast, but Cathe does lower her weight signicantly for this workout. It still burns however! When I finished my Slow and Heavy rotation (3 weeks), I then did the following for 4 weeks:
Sat. Power Hour
Sun. MIC
Mon. Power Hour
Tue. Step Works
Wed. Power Hour
Thu. Cardio Kicks
Fri. Rest

Do you have MIS? Cathe has suggested doing MIS 2x's per week and PH 1x that same week for 4 weeks, then doing PH 2x's per week and MIS 1x that same week for 4 weeks. Have fun!
 
I do PH only once a week, plus any other workout for each muscle another time that week, so each muscle group gets worked out twice. If I do it any more often, I get bored with it.

When I first started with this tape I did it 2 times a week with Circuit Max in between. Then I switched and did it once a week with MIS 2 times. I LOVE this tape. I went off it for a month and onto a different rotation. Yesterday I put it back in and WOW! I had a great time but those darn squats and lunges!!
