Morning girls,
Sorry I never came back yesterday. Seems that I can get time to sit down in the morning but by the time you all post, I'm feeding my family and putting everyone to bed so it's a little crazy around here.
This morning was S&H triceps and Drill Max cardio blast. I also did most of the ab work from S&H but stopped during the oblique work. I'm still sore from TJ abs on Sat! My cardio capacity is still a little short. Not sure if it's still a cold or allergies or what but def had to do some modifying. I have insanity on tap for tomorrow. I might have to change that.
Katie, I totally hear you on the pg blues. It's so funny b/c we work and work to get pg and we are so excited and then all the sudden we're so down on ourselves for our self image. It's so not worth it. Just keep reminding yourself of the work your body is doing and do your best to take care of your body. Don't push yourself or expect too much. You'll be a new woman in a few weeks!
Kate, so glad you had a nice night out with the fam. I'm glad you can relate on the 5 lbs. It's so annoying how much of a difference it makes all around!
Becky, so fun on the tree swings! I'm motivated that you said you had good results from S&H. Have fun with pyramids this week!
Wendy, your oatmeal sounds yummy. I'm glad you've been able to do the ellip. I love those things and would love to have one in my home someday (along with a treadmill, stair stepper and spin bike ). S&H music is eh. But it's not really necessary b/c the moves are SOOOOO slow. It's just a relaxing lift which is good for the early AM! And yes, most French are everyday shoppers. It's funny. I just don't operate that way! So we buy 5 of everything! Oh, and JJ is absolutely ADORABLE!!!
Klaudia, your weekend sounds nice and relaxing. Get your S&H back from your neighbor. I'm sure you'll love it! And I will definitely be pushing with PTO or whatever to get better lunches for the schools when we're there. Such a joke.
Colleen, sorry for the FD. Glad it all worked out ok. So annoying. I hate stuff like that. What is KBX? I think a few months ago S&H would have totally annoyed me but for some reason I'm into it right now. I guess it's just what I'm looking for at a given time. Hope you get that call soon!
Clintonya, yeah, the French are weird. I guess it's just cultural. We do have a fresh market 2 times per week. I don't go often though. It's just chaos and the produce and such isn't much better than what's in the stores. Plus it smells so badly of fish I can barely stand it! Hope you had a productive day! It's funny how "one serving" can be something that we should all learn to do (especially with chips!).
Nina, sorry about the rough start to your day. How does DH think you're unhealthy? Bummer. I hope the melatonin works out for you. I was on an anti-dep in college and it sucked. I would stay away. Check out that book Kl recommended.
Lisa, home made oreos? YUMMO! I would check out S&H. I think by looking at the clips on her site you can definitely get a good feel for it. Sorry about the eating this past weekend. We all find ourselves there sometimes. I think the trick is to just be conscious of it. I know that is my biggest problem. It's just mindless!!

Well, today I have some studying to do (I am a broken record, I know) and housework. I am helping take Annabel's class to swimming this afternoon. Remember when I did that training back in Oct? Well, we're finally going. Wish me luck. I'm nervous b/c I don't speak french very well and I just am afraid it's going to be miserable!
