I don't recall the #'s off-hand, but Glutiator is today's workout. A kickbox/hiit is on deck (maybe #113, an older LIVE). Then an UB Burn and "Fun and Done" metabolic. We also got another set of UB/LB - " you bet your bottom line" & "you bet your UB" - two shorter workouts that could be combined for a TB workout. No heavy weight workouts, but the LBs use the Boss Bands so we're glad to get more use of them (& I think the UBs utilize tubing some).
