i have lost the weight, now what?

Hi ladies, I have happily lost my weight goal and now I am wondering how I should do weights. I need to put on muscle and basically sculpt. Is there a particular rotation that I should do?

Well it depends on your goals...strength and size or endurance and definition?

For strength and size lift heavier/less reps.

For endurance and definition lift lighter/more reps.

There is more to it then that but that's the "cliff notes" version.
