I have gotten results doing Bootcamp.

Hello Everyone:D,
Just thought I would share my results. I have been doing Bootcamp every other day for the last 2 weeks (equal to 6 times) (modified some of the high impact on my rebounder)

Bust 35in stayed the same.
waist 29 1/2 down 28in.
hips 35in down 34in
stomach 34 inch down 33in.
thighs 21 1/2 down 20 1/2
biceps 10 1/2 stayed the same.

Imbetween those days I would do light cardio or jump on my rebounder or take rest day as needed. Wish I could say I was a clean eater but...........I can't:7

P:S: The reason I started this rotation is because I did Bootcamp one day and really enjoyed the way it worked my body and I rembembered someone over at Ya ya's did this rotation and also had good results (wish I could find that thread again)
 
Wow, you did Bootcamp every other day? Makes me tired just thinking about it. I sweat buckets when I do BC, so I must be burning a lot of calories. I should include it more often...
 
Nicole, that is great! Thanks for the link. I can't imagine doing BC 4X a week, much less every week, but I will surely keep this in mind when I'm trying to lose flab, especially after the holidays.

I do try to incorporate BC into my workouts. For the last two weekends, I've been doing this:
C&W, from warm-up to chest work
BC upper body premix
BC core premix
C&W abs and stretch
The whole thing takes about an hour and 15 min., an hour and 20, tops. I've died every time I've done this, but I also feel very accomplished.

How's your rebounding going? Good, I hope.:)

Hey Pinky,
Thanks for the BC rotation. I have not ventured in the premix realm to much so I always like to see what others are doing with them!(I printing yours up now) I really like the core work in this workout!! I FEEL like a machine when I doing those pyramid pushups:7


Pinky YOU HAVE to do Bootcamp on your rebounder!!! I like it so much more now that I can modify!!!
