I have a hard decision to make, please help!!!

I ordered the Hardcore Series on July 4th so I would get them early. As I live in England I have them sent to my sister who lives in New York, who in turn posts them to me. We have done this for years with no problems. However this time they have not arrived.

My problem is I called Customer Services to find out if I could re-order them at the preorder price, they said no.
So currently I have spent $169.99 and now may have to find another $279, which I haven't got.

Do you think the Hardcore Series is worth reordering? I have nearly all of Cathe's DVD's and Videos?????
 
Thats awful!! Do you have an order number that can be tracked? They have to be somewhere. I feel so bad for you. As far as ordering them again..gosh, thats a lot of money. Well worth it but still. I would focus on tracking your order somehow.:(

Oh, that really stinks!

There has to be some type of tracking #. File a claim(the amount it cost) with the service that your sister used to send the package. Once they get the claim they will track down that order before they shell out the money to cover your loss.

I filed a claim when a package didn't arrive and the tracking # said it was at their post office. It took a month, but they found the package.

I would have a hard time shelling out the money for a new set, even though I know I would be itching to have them.

Mpeart don't reorder the hardcore series. The first order must be somewhere.I understand your frustration but the postal service what your sister used must find your order.SNM gives you a tracking number but your sister has received the dvd. The UPS's work ended at that time.It is a difficult problem. Good luck.

Thanks for responding, I AM SOOOOOOOOOOOOOOO HAPPY they have just arrived!!!!!!!!!!! Yippee!!! Yeah!!!! Ok I'm calm now, Thanks again.
