I have a dumb question...

It is actually the original IMAX and is on the Rhythmic Step DVD. It is an awesome workout and is tough but not quite as tough as IMAX 3 but tougher than IMAX 2, IMHO.
 
It's called "Interval Max." (Forum members started refering to it as IMAX, and apparently Cathe liked that name, so follow-up workouts are called "Imax2" and "Imax 3."

It's a very good workout. Tough yet simple choreo. A bit dated look (headbands!), but I like it.
