I hate building up strength and endurance again. I used to be totally neurotic about not missing a workout because it's so hard to get going again.
I tried Imax2 today. The 5th time through interval 9, my legs absolutely froze on the plie squats--wouldn't move. The only other time that has ever happened is the very first time I tried Imax1 (power lunges).
Ugh! Oh well. Onward and upward. But I'm dreading Imax3.
