We just moved to a two bedroom house 6 months ago and we had a bunch of stuff stored in my son's room since we knew he was going to be leaving soon. My son left for basic training, so (after being teary eyed all day yesterday) I started cleaning and organizing all this clutter and our new shelter dog got very upset at all the garbage bags and activity. He was very scared and we figured his last family must have packed up with garbage bags and then left him or dumped him. He settled down and later I was working in the room and I see him sniff the carpet and then squat and I scream NOOOOOO and the dog takes off and I scream at my husband The Dogggggggss poooooooooooooooppppppppppppiiiiinnngg !
Then I follow the dog out of the bedroom and see that the scared dog has left clumps of runny poo in the hallway, down the steps, sprayed on the walls and his backside is covered with poo.
So an hour later and a bath for the dog I have the carpets cleaned and the poor traumatized dog is now sleeping. Yup, that's a crappy day.
