I lived in Westridge - fairly close to WEM. I went to St. Francis Xavier High School. What about you Punky?

When I was in my high school years I was living near Westmount Shopping mall (145 st and 110 Ave.), so I went to Ross Sheppard HS.

I moved away about 11 years ago, but my family is all still there, so I go back home every year or so. Its always interesting to see what changes have been made and all the growth.

So where are you living now?

Punky, I live in Fort McMurray, Alberta now. I moved up here for two years, and 15 years later I'm still here. I can't believe how fast those 15 years has gone.
My family is still in Edmonton as well.

That's the one place in Alberta I think I've never been. My old boyfriend (of many years ago) moved there and started up a dental practice (false teeth I think) and my dad used to go up there to watch some hockey playoffs or something (old beau was a coach of a hockey team), but I've never seen it.

Funny how you move for a short time and then just end up staying eh? Same with me in Montreal. I moved for a change of pace, to live in a different culture (and believe me it is different LOL), and ended up staying and getting married here.

I miss out west, but I always wonder if I'd be happy going back (except for that I'd love to be closer to my family).

At least you can drive to visit your family!
