Unfortunately, I haven't received my high step yet. Do we think it's possible to modify and use a regular step until I get the high step?
 
Yayyyy!! You can modify step-ups by squatting a lot deeper down off your full-length step (like we do in MM)...but you'll love the high step once you get it. In BC, it's only used for tricep dips and one set of step-ups. So you should be ok until it arrives.

Shelley, if I remember correctly, in BC you only need the high step for leg presses. As in ME. You could just skip them. And I think you use it for tricep dips. You could use a chair.

I just got this one a few weeks ago...Love the premixes...especially the Core only from BC... http://smilies.sofrayt.com/%5E/l/rolleyes.gif[/img]I think you could modify the leg presses on the step you have now...:)...Carole
 
You could just sub the leg presses for static lunges if you want.

Ooooo! How exciting! I got these last week and I've previewed them, but haven't done them yet (waiting till I start my fat loss rotation, and I've got a high step on order). They look awesome! Check in with us after you do them and let us know what you think. Actually, what would be more fun is if you check in with us WHILE you're doing them. I would love to know what you think THEN.
