Ok, which is good to start out on.
My tradmill is compatable.
I have reviewed them, but haste to waste money on them if not good.
I am looking for interval running now, to get started,
Last night i did 45 min total, Ran 5min walk 4.0 for 3 . It goes faster . The calves have to build up. Not sore today, but i feel drained in the legs. I really stretched out, hopped in jacussi tub and used the biofreeze so i wouldn't go through last week again.
Would you reccomend getting the ipod version (I would have to buy one). It looks like i would need a 10 foot video cable to hook up to stereo. Wooooow.Does the ifit run your treadmill for you?
Goal is an eventual 45 minute run at at least 6mph
Then outdoors if we ever get warm weather.
Thanks,
Anne
