I did Push/Pull today and.....

I did Push/Pull today and I'm already sore across the very top of shoulders right below my neck. I think it is from either the exercise over the stability ball with the thumbs up or the inverted shoulder press.

Which do you think did it? It is a good sore as I'm sure I didn't pull anything.
 
Hi Kelley. It is from the exercise on the ball. Since you didn't use any weights, you should be OK. I know it didn't bother me last week, but this week I did do it with 5 lb. dumbbells and I have a bit of spasms going on.
 
Hi Kelley! Its definitely from doing the inverted shoulder press. I felt a really good "burn" there too. A real goody IMO! :D Kathy
 
Hey Kathy, Yes it was from the inverted shoulder press. I setup my high step later that same afternoon and did it again just to see and, yep, that was the exercise that did it. I wasn't sore the next day though. I'm looking forward to trying it again.
