I did it for the second time today! Wow! As a former Firmie, let me just say holy cr*p! I really was fighting doing strength again, since I'm cardio crazy these days, but I loved this tape! I only intended to do it once per week when I bought it, but I now plan to do it Tuesdays and Fridays. That dark haired girl in the back gives Cathe looks that could melt steel after the dips with the barbell across the thighs! I was laughing at her, she looked so mad! Not like Rhonda in PowerHour, who seems to say "are you kidding? 2000 more low ends Cathe?", as if to say "I feel your pain". I did the All-Step warm-up and step, then MIS, then the abs from All-Step. I like the rope thing from All-Step better than the MIS abs. Yipeee!!
