I did it!!!!!!!!!

I can't believe it!!! I have not worked out in about a month because my knees were a bit sore and I wanted to let them rest. But today I broke out KPC and I did the WHOLE thing at once!!! only two water breaks is all and went right back at it!!!!!! I thought I would be so out of shape, and also have to say I have never been able to do it EVER!!! so I gave up that workout all together till today!!! I just have to mention that I started to eat more fruits and vegatible and TONS of water, I don't know if that is what is making the differance but I LOVE it!!! now to get back all my muscle tone that I lost in the past month, I love to exercise it helps my brain so much, I can't explain the feeling I get, but I am not so depressed after a workout, if I don't workout I get so down and so tired that I can hardly function.
Ok yes I am patting myself on the back LOL. sorry all for my negative posts for awhile I am a new person reborn!!!:) :)

Exercising always lifts the mood, doesn't it? It always makes me wonder, therefore, why more people don't give it a try...or at least stick at it. The post-exercise high is so addictive!

Newbie here...which one is KPC? I can't figure that out...Kick-Punch-????
 
Thanks Debbie! I am so glad I asked now that I see it is not a step workout. I don't like to do step every time...I alternate a step workout one day with another type of cardio workout the next day. This will be great!
