I did it! got my first workout in since I hurt my knees and got the flu! I still feel a bit weak so I didn't go all out and I cut it short to only half an hour, of course that was totall after all the interuptions of getting 4 year old out of things LOL. I feel pretty good, I am going to work on New Years resolutions before the new year. my goals are
1) Try to smile for strangers, smiles can go far
2) Try to do something good for someone I don't know
3) Have more patience
4) Drink More water than Diet Coke
5) eat more Healthy
6) Get well and stay well
7) save money to go take kids to Disneyland
8) not have to use a wheelchair for disneyland
9) show more love to all
