I did it! I did it! I know that some of you won't be impressed because you are way more in shape than I am but this morning I did the whole Low Max DVD with the blasts!!! I've been just doing the premixes on Cathe's workouts but I did this one all the way through! My legs are like jello now! But I feel like I accomplished something.
I have a question on another thing, I can't do the pikes on some of those core workouts. Any suggestions? My DH laughs at me when I'm teetering all over the place on the stability ball and finally fall off!
