Why does this one seem to be a much bigger purchase than the others? I mean, I've paid more for orders from Cathe, but this one seems like I'm really biting the bullet. But I have been assured that it's worth every penny. I'm sooo excited to get it!

This was one of my first purchases too. I'm always surprised at how intense the cardio is for such a short period of time. Very versatile. Don't think you will regret it at all. I keep going back to it.

CTX is a great series. Six workouts, plus an ab compilation and an upper body split. Divide the cost by 8 and you get $11.25 per workout plus s/h. Can't beat that. It doesn't have premixes but it's so easy to mix and match with a dvd. I took my time buying CTX because I thought it was similar to Cathe's other cardio/circuit workouts. It's not. The UB split is awesome and LL kicks my butt every time. It has been worth every penny.

I've used pieces of CTX here and there where appropriate in rotations, but never as a total series before and this week I am using it alone, in its entirety, as my "rest week" rotation. I know it's not exactly rest (okay, not at all) but I have such a hard time psychologically taking a rest week that this is the best I can do now. I'm using them Power Circuit, Step and Intervals, Leaner Legs, All-Step, Kickbox, and 10-10-10, doing the body parts and ab sections for each day. I am LOVING this rotation!!! Not only am I done in a little under an hour each day, but I feel energized, worked out, and ready for the next day's workout when it comes around.
