I did it! I did it!

He girls, I finally tried some low impact exercising. I did the premix all step of lowmax. Even though my foot is not well and it still swells, it didn't hurt when I did this. I had no riser on my step, so I did it at 4 inches. That didn't matter, it felt great to do that. I did only 4 combos instead of 7, didn't want to push it.

I knew you would know how excited I am right now. Even if I can't do it again for a while, doing it today was the best feeling in the world.


I know I sound crazy, but doing step with cathe after 2 months was the bomb!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Of course, this afternoon when I'm doing Low Max, I'm going to think to myself, "Kim could do it and she's got an INJURY, so I should be able to do the whole thing...!"
