I Dare Ya.....

Anyone want to play? Pick someone that you have some idea about where they are in their fitness workouts (goals, accomplishments, etc.) Then dare them to go one step further. Dare has to be done this week in addition to whatever workout that person is doing.

So I will start since I just spoke with Ms. Sarah (Ima). So SARAH, I dare ya....

to run 15 miles on your treadmill. I double dare you to push it to 18!!! I know you have a marathon your getting ready for!

Here is my dare for someone else-Nurselrt (lori) I dare you to complete a workout everyday for a week:) I picked you as I read your blog and enjoy it. So there you go...You can do it!

I'll dare myself to do cardio and lower body strength today. Ladies, I've so wanted to start the beg/int rotaton but I've been suffering for the past 5 or 6 weeks with right hip and left shoulder pain. Arthritis, I suppose. I've been doing Leslie Sansone because it doesn't bother my hip but I'm so bored I could die. I've also been doing some isometrics and stretches developed by a physical therapist. I am feeling better now and my Troy Lite barbell system just came this week..YEAH!!! I'm dying to use it. Sorry, I'm running on a little long here. Thanks for listening, I just needed to vent.

Yes ma'am and you must complete it in its entirety. If you have done this already, then I dare you to do at least 300 jumping jacks, 200 plie squats only after you've completed Leaner Legs :D. I'll be kind and let you have a 5 sec. break between each exercise :D.

BUSY! Here is what my day looks like, just about everyday:

Up every a.m.@ 4:45, w/o, open the gym, shower, then off to work where I have been assigned a Partner (not a bad thing, but I still assist 5 paralegals).
Finally down to going to the chiro twice a week Mon. & Fri.
Mon., Wed, Fri. I leave work and go to the new gym and help out. I also help out on Sat. after closing the first gym at 5:30 p.m.

I need sleep.

Ya'll are some mean little witchy poo's! And Lisa, must I have to act like a chicken too flapping my arms like wings and making noises? You are too cruel. You know I live right by chicken farms, so maybe the neighbors will think the chickens escaped! LOL! Well I will do it! Haydee, I will do it twice for you! Meany! LOL!
I will let you all know when I will send you a pm. Since the dare has already been posted by ((((LISA)))), and she didn't say when, I am doing mine at night! I wish I could send you all a video, cuz I will be doing it, I promise.
O.k., no more sick dares. Ya'll are too much!
