Anyway, maybe I'm late for the challenge thingie, but I'll try anyways.
Bobbi - I challenge you to do 200 overhead presses every day for a week using your cute little kitty}(. I'm cracking up just thinking what your cat will do. Mine would freak out in rep number 10 haha.
Shelley - Since you're the plank queen, I challenge you to find a way to do a perfect inverted v on the ball with just one leg. I don't even know if that's possible LOL, but if it is then do 20 on each leg for a week.
Charlotte - How about trying a couple of one handed push-ups? Can you do these? If you can then do 25 on each hand every day for a week.
As for me, I challenge myself to do one week of the Maximum Weight Loss Rotation. If I manage to do that then I'll do it for 5 more weeks.
