I can't keep up!!

I am new to Cathe's routines and am having a very hard time learning the cardio part of my new DVD Cardio and Weights. And I am a very coordinated person! It seems that she does repeat her routines, but not enough to let a newby get it down without rewinding a few times to get it. I did make it through the first cardio today, which is an improvement! I have tried 3 times to do this tape and always end up getting frustrated enough to get an old standby out to finish up. Does anyone have some suggestions on how to learn quicker? It looks like an awesome workout and I am anxious to get it down. I have never had this trouble before! Thanks for any input that anyone may have!! Melanie x(

I'm still new to Cathe's cardio.
When I first bought Cardio & Weights, I previewed it 2 time before attempting to do the workout. I learned the first section step-by-step, once I was comfortable I then repeated it 2 times before moving on to the second section. I did this until I learned all the steps.

Don't give up, C & W is a FUN workout!! :) :)
 
Hi Melanie, How about going to the Mix & match menu and just doing each routine a few times for instance the first section do it maybe 1 or 2 times but not doing the whole thing. Does this make sense?

I did the step only premix just to learn the step portion and then once I learned it I could do the whole workout no problem. It took me several times before I got the routine down and also did just one section at a time until I felt comfortable with moving on.
