The more I do Step Jump and Pump, the more I love it. The music is absolutely wonderful and the first time I did it, I actually WAS singing during the chest work when Cathe said, "Stop singing!" Well, the only way I can keep those 20's going on bench presses and flies is to sing! (The song on that section is Can't Live, if Living is Without You.)
I also love Push and Pull. What makes this workout so perfect is that it's a real departure from Cathe's usual burn the muscle out style of training. It's up to US to push (and pull!) ourselves, and create our own challenges. Cathe does not hand-hold in this workout by adding the extra intensity in case we don't... she counts on us to do it ourselves. This is a video where you can really increase the weights due to the back and forth (one set) nature of a push and pull workout.
These are the only two videos I purchased prior to receiving the DVDs, and I think they are both really fun.
