Today I do my first video from the Body Blast series. I preview them all and there all so amazing. I don’t know which one to start with please help. Is there a rotation among the six tapes. I'm like a kid at Christmas time which present do I play with first. Any suggestions!
 
I've heard that Step Jump and Pump is awesome! Try that one and let me know what you think! I'm waiting for the DVD's.;-)
 
I agree it is awesome very tough yet lots of variety goes by quick! I did it for the second time sunday and I got a workout. I really like step blast I am getting better at it after about 4 times! good and tough yet lots of fun!

The more I do Step Jump and Pump, the more I love it. The music is absolutely wonderful and the first time I did it, I actually WAS singing during the chest work when Cathe said, "Stop singing!" Well, the only way I can keep those 20's going on bench presses and flies is to sing! (The song on that section is Can't Live, if Living is Without You.)

I also love Push and Pull. What makes this workout so perfect is that it's a real departure from Cathe's usual burn the muscle out style of training. It's up to US to push (and pull!) ourselves, and create our own challenges. Cathe does not hand-hold in this workout by adding the extra intensity in case we don't... she counts on us to do it ourselves. This is a video where you can really increase the weights due to the back and forth (one set) nature of a push and pull workout.

These are the only two videos I purchased prior to receiving the DVDs, and I think they are both really fun.

Hi Maymay! I just thought up my own rotation. Here it is if you like it then by all means you can "steal" }( it from me!!! Ha!

Sat: SJ&P (this is my all time FAVORITE out of the bunch!!!!!)
Sun: KP&C
Mon: Supersets (also a real GOODY!!)
Tues: Step Blast (this one is REAL CHALLENGE for me anyway)
Wed: Push Pull (this one is fast so make sure to have everything
ready in front of you)
Thurs: Legs/Glutes (nice change-LOVE it too!)

Can you tell that I'm CRAZY about these workouts!!! Feel free to tweak it if you want to switch things around.
