I can't believe my luck!

I've been shopping around for the best price on a "The Step" step in order to be able to complete all the moves from Cathe's videos (my old step was the shortie, made by Fitness Quest and would always pop up on the corners on carpet!) And while I was at the local second hand shop with my mom I found a "The Step" step with all four risers, BRAND NEW and they were running a special half-price sale today, so I only paid $2.50!!!! I can't wait to to try IMAX 2 with this, I never realized how MUCH longer the new step is, and I can't wait to try and step hop down the length of it and then attempt airborne jacks. Oh the pain!
I everyone who braved the crowds found similar bargains today!

You are beyond lucky!! That's amazing!! There's few things that feel as good as finding a super-bargain, isn't there? You beat the system LOL!

I won't tell you what I paid for mine, brand new, in Canada. Let's just say that I will use it until it breaks in half.

I did Step Blast as soon as I got home and during the warm up my feet were bouncing off the board I was so happy!:7 (It was too close to dinner for IMAX 2). Of course that changed, but it was so great to have a firm board under my feet for the power 15's. Usually I look forward to weightlifting days, but I almost wish tomorrow was RS or something. My DH was overjoyed as well, because Santa is bringing Hardcore, and so not much else;)
 
I got a similar bargain years ago, got my step from someone who wasn't using it,for $5! Good for you!!
 
I've usually had success with buying pre-owned exercise equipment in the first round of yard sales in the spring. People buy a lot of exercise equipment in January with their new resolutions by March and April there is a glut of equipment on the "used" market.
