Here is what I wanted to say about the new LIC! Yay Cathe thank you so much!!

This series is absolutely amazing! I had surgery on my neck to have some lymph nodes removed after being very sick for over 9 months! These videos have helped me get my energy back and I look forward to coming home everyday and working out with you! I have already noticed a dramatic difference in the shape of my arms and legs that I haven't seen in a long time! Thank you so much for putting sooo much effort and heart into everything to do!

Ditto Shannon, I totally agree...such an awesome series! My fav ever and I have everything Cathe has put out! STS is right up there too!

It's so great! Even though I'm nowhere near the shape I was in 2 years ago, I still feel really good about myself. Only Cathe!! lol I don't have STS so I can't compare but I will take your word for it!
