I was doing GS legs on Friday and was doing the outer thigh exercixe where you're on your back and the band is crossed...I was laying there thinking"how do you know if you need a new band, when like 10 seconds later...SNAP! Guess I ahd my answer. Luckily, I ahd an extre band. Guess my thighs are stronger than I think
