I am still waiting to recieve my Freestyle book and have a question

I have been reading all the posts about Freestyle and have a question: Is this just for people who want to lessen their bulk? I am the type who does not bulk but I am wide thru the hips (hip bones are wide) and would like to lessen that area as much as possible without losing weight (My hips looked thinner when I weighed 130 pounds but I am six feet tall and I was way too thin and weak). Should I still be doing legs five days per week even though I don't bulk or should I be doing legs every other day as Cathe recommends? Thank you again in advance. People on this forum are sooo wonderful!
I weigh 155 pounds and feel really good at this weight.
 
From my understanding Freestyle is geared towards the Pear shaped woman. But...I'd think it would work for anyone wanting to take off some inches. I also know that doing your lower body 3 times a week with heavy weight works really well for some women here that have lost inches that way...I know this might not help you but it is kind of an experiment to find out exactly what works with your particular body...:)...Carole
 
Thank you Carole, you have given me such great information on this subject. I have been doing freestyle for two months now and I am seeing more definition (including that thigh teardrop) than ever. The book won't be here until October at the earliest (I ordered in July--it is out of print) so I must wait patiently!
