I have been reading all the posts about Freestyle and have a question: Is this just for people who want to lessen their bulk? I am the type who does not bulk but I am wide thru the hips (hip bones are wide) and would like to lessen that area as much as possible without losing weight (My hips looked thinner when I weighed 130 pounds but I am six feet tall and I was way too thin and weak). Should I still be doing legs five days per week even though I don't bulk or should I be doing legs every other day as Cathe recommends? Thank you again in advance. People on this forum are sooo wonderful!
