After a really yucky end of the year and a tough couple of weeks, what a joy to come here and see EVERYONE sooo happy. People are kissing and hugging the UPS man, doing the happy dance, awaiting their arrival like a 6 yr old on Christmas. I even saw those <<<<---- ladies are posting!!! Yipee!!!

This has sure brightened my day and week. I hope everyone is enjoying this time!! So nice to feel all the positive vibes and energy. And just think how Cathe and her crew are feeling!!!

Now, I too am ordering STS!!!!

ITA! There is a great feeling and vibe on this forum!
My hope is that Cathe and crew realize how much we all appreciate the hard work.
It is clear to me that Cathe and crew have put their heart and soul into this series. It makes it even more special!

Ellie, I never know when you are serious or not, but you always say you want to improve upper body strength...well, you just ordered the series that will get you to the point where you could probably toss me around...

It really is great to see the forums buzzing like this..since I didn't order STS, I've been more interested in the WM...I love that kind of stuff, and the possibilities are endless with Cathe TV!! It's also great that they added the premix option for all the workouts as well!

Hey Jerry -- after all us women get through with STS, we might all be able to toss you around!! Maybe we'll get a volley ball tournament going (just kidding!!) Wouldn't that be a lot of fun at the next roadtrip!!!

I hope things are well with you Isn't it great to see the forum so happy and jolly. I haven't posted in a very long time but just starting up again because I feel so happy with STS. I can't wait to start the program.
