I saw a nuerosurgeon for my neck today and he told me to keep exercising as long as I don't lift more than 50 lbs. (yah right!) or run on pavement (which I never do). :7 I demonstrated some plyo jumps and asked him if I could still do that:+ He rolled his eyes and said, "why anyone would even want to is beyond me, but go ahead." He said my situation may never worsen and it's something I have to live with. If I experience pain, I will need surgery. I liked him. Unfortunately I am moving in 2 weeks to AZ, so my workouts will have to wait. I did do half of Solid Gold Step and half of High Step Challenge. It felt great, I know I will be a little more careful now. Lowering my step to 6 in. has made a big difference with neck comfort.
