I am new to Cathe's workouts and am looking for advice

I have some questions regarding Cathe’s DVDs. I presently own the following:
• Muscle Max
• Gym-Style Legs
• Butts & Guts
• Pyramid Upper and Lower Body
• Basic Step

I am used to working out with “The Firm” videos. They have several Total Body videos, which I would use 3x per week.
Now I want to work-out with Cathe’s DVDs and I am not sure how to proceed.

Here is my work-out plan so far:

• Tuesday and Thursday “Basic Step”

My questions are:
* How can I get a Total Body work-out for Mon/Wed/Fri using the rest of the Cathe DVDs that I own?
*Should I use “Butts & Guts” once a week? The same with “Gym-Style Legs” and the "Pyramid Upper and Lower Body”?

My intention is to work-out my entire body 3x per week and to do a cardio work-out 2x per week.

Can you please advise me on the best and most efficient training schedule for using the Cathe materials that I already own?

it looks like pyramids lower, butts and guts and gym style legs are lower body workouts

pyramids upper is only upper body and muscle max is full body

so you could do muscle max one day

pyramids upper with one of the legs workouts the other two days

each of the other ones are an hour each, so those days you'll be lifting for 2 hours. i wouldn't recommend doing upper and lower body back to back. that would be a lot

but if you could lift lower inthe AM and upper in the PM on those two days, that would work fine

but thats a lot of leg workouts

i personally something like:

day 1- step
day 2- pyramids upper body
day 3- one of the leg workouts
day 4- step
day 5- muscle max
day 6- rest
day 7- pyramids upper body, one of the leg workouts

that would give you 3 lower body workouts and 3 upper body workouts
