Hi!
I always recommend this book to anyone looking to lose fat and gain muscle definition -- it's READY, SET, GO! by Phil Campbell. He'll give you the basics so that you can really understand what rotations are all about and how to set up your own.
My suggestion, if you are in good shape, would be 2 days of anaerobics (any of the IMAX's as these combine anaerobics with cardio and plyometrics), 2 days of strength workouts, 1 day of pure cardio -- like most of Cathe's step workouts, and one day of weights and cardio (like bootcamp or High Step Advanced), and 1 day of stretch. Eat clean. Not sure if Cathe's kickboxing is more anaerobic or cardio as I don't have any of these workouts.
With anaerobics, take it at your own pace if you are not a seasoned exerciser.
Hope this helps.:7
