After what seems like a year, I am back on track with my eating and exercising, I have now lost over two pounds and reshaped my body. I drink a slim fast in the morning and eat some raw veggies and some fruit in between and at lunch I drink another slim fast and then eat more veggies to curb my sweet tooth but I also splurge with a tootsie roll in between. I eat a normal dinner but I watch my portion also. I tried on my bikini for fun and I now I have the body I wish I had for the summer, now if I can maintain this, I still have some more weight I want to loose to fit back into pants I have not been able to wear for over a year. I work out with Cathe tapes every other day and for only 30 minutes at a time also, I don't want to over do my knee yet since it is still trying to give me trouble, but I do ride my bike for at least an hour a day.
