...and just reveling in the healthy nature of this particular nosh. My nutritionist told me foods with bright colors are the most healthy so I've decided to run with that tonight. Orange foods often have beta carotene in them so I figure if I can actually finish this box of Cheez-its by the time Dog Whisperer is over I probably won't even need glasses anymore. Stay tuned for the results. :p

I'm pretty sure that Xtra Cheddar Goldfish (or my personal fave "nuthin' but nacho") have a full day's supply of Omega 3s, like most other seafood...:p

OMG! I love goldfish crackers, the baby ones are my favorites...and yes, they must contain omega's , after all they are seafood right?

Oh fuuuuunnny! That was super fab and super clever. I want some! I'll toss some Friday vodka in that orange pop.

Oh that's so good to know about the brightly colored foods, because my kids talked me into buying a big bag of cheetos which I normally wouldn't buy, but because I'm at the end of pregnancy and miserable I caved.

I feel so much better now--all that good beta carotene--for the baby you know:p

Oh they tasted so good......

Maggie:eek:

OMG your brilliant Sparrow...so funny :D

I actually had some Cheez-its in my cart tonight at the store and I put them back. If I had only known this information a few hours ago dang it :p

And chocolate is made from beans! I say it is a good source of protein and it counts as a veggie too!

Oh, I adore Cheeze-Its! There's about ninety ingredients in them, and every one of them is just another word for crack.

But don't forget that a VARIETY of colors is important as well.
Some blue (blue freezer pops, blue M and M's) would be a good combo with the orange.

You can make cheez-its at home yourself. I don't have a recipe right off but its super easy. then you'll know more about whats in it. mmmm.. I prefer cheese-nips but both are yummy!

that one is gluten free but I know I saw a recipe like this with just reg flour also. Can't find it right off. I think it makes them have a bit of zip with some parmesan or something in it also.
