Good Morning ladies,
I am in such pain today but of course it was inflicted on myself.Plus, it is the pain that we all love.
Tuesday I did CTX upper body for the first time in a while.Then yesterday morning I did Powerstrike 3 and put everything I had into the punches.Then b/c I could, last night I decided to do Cardio and Weights,(influenced mostly b/c I ate to much choclate mousse
).I can barely move my arms! Which is horrible, considering that fact that I am a hairstylist and I think I may need to use them later
I wonder what kind of benefits we get from doing mutiple exercises like that with no rest period? I am sure that after a while it could get dangerous b/c we all need to rest.But when you throw in something like that ,that your body isn't use to ,it has to confuse the muscle? Don't ya think?
Anyhoo, I just had to whine to you guys b/c I am home by myself and no one is here to listen to me:-( .Only the dog but I don't think he really gives a s&^%.
