I’m seeing results!!! YES!!!!!!

Good morning ladies!!!

Well I have to report that I lost 3 pounds since last Monday, February 19. I’m thin to begin with. I’m 5 8” and weigh now 132 lbs. (I started at 135lbs). My Cathe rotation IS WOKING!!!! I’m doing the Feb rotation on her site but I do modify it because I don’t have all her DVDs… so when she calls for a Kickboxing workout, I do Turbo Jam… I also incorporate yoga… when she calls for running or other Non-DVD forms of cardio I do yoga, mainly power yoga or kundalini yoga….. Of course I’m watching my diet, but it’s not 100% clean…. I’m very happy with the results and I literally broke my plateau and I'm seeing muscles :)
 
Hey Carla, I just found your post! Way to go!!! I know we've been posting our diet in the check-ins, so everybody don't let her fool you with not eating 100% clean - she's doing an AWESOME job! At everything, eating and working out.

Hi Carla!

Congratulations on your results! I have a question for you, as I am very interested in doing more yoga and less cardio. Did I read correctly that you do kickboxing when Cathe scheduled it, but for all other cardio you are subbing yoga? I am interested to hear if I read that correctly and you got great results from it. I really want to work in more yoga, but don't want to cut out the weight workouts. That would mean less cardio.

Great job!
It's always such a good feeling to actually SEE that your workouts are working (sometimes they FEEL like it, but you don't get those visible results as quickly. After some tough workouts, I could swear I must have gained some muscle, or lost some fat, but aside from the temporary pump, I don't see the results afterwards!)

As for clean eating: 80% and above is just fine. Though if you really need to lose weight, you might need to be stricter at first. But I think 80%+ is good for maintenance (not to discourage anyone from going 100% if they want, because the health benefits are probably better).
 
Congratulations! Isn't it wonderful when we notice a change for the better. It's like you want to shout it out to the world!:)

Hi Monica!!! You are right... I do less cardio than what Cathe has in her rotations... when she calls for running I do yoga... I can't quit yoga, I think it's great for crosstraning, energy, balance, flexibilty, peace of mind, and the list goes on... that's why I modified her rotations a bit... sometimes what I do is 30 min. cardio from her tapes and then 30 min. yoga... actually I did last night. I did 30 min. of Imax 2 and then Kundalini yoga for 30 min. But I definitely try to fit yoga AT LEAST 2 times a week.

I will post my rotation when I get home :)

My diet is being good except for a Rita's gelatis on Saturday and a couple of cookies here and there :) definitely I'm eating better than before my rotation :)

Here is the rotation.... As I said before somtimes I short the workouts depending on my time and sometimes energy levels, like when I get late home from work.

After the slash (/) I have added the modification:
