Good morning ladies!!!
Well I have to report that I lost 3 pounds since last Monday, February 19. I’m thin to begin with. I’m 5 8” and weigh now 132 lbs. (I started at 135lbs). My Cathe rotation IS WOKING!!!! I’m doing the Feb rotation on her site but I do modify it because I don’t have all her DVDs… so when she calls for a Kickboxing workout, I do Turbo Jam… I also incorporate yoga… when she calls for running or other Non-DVD forms of cardio I do yoga, mainly power yoga or kundalini yoga….. Of course I’m watching my diet, but it’s not 100% clean…. I’m very happy with the results and I literally broke my plateau and I'm seeing muscles
