Hungry horrors?

Honestly, wait until you get towards the end of the first meso cycle, it gets more intense as time goes on. I finished disc 10 yesterday and was SO dead at the end of it, in a good way of course ;)

I can't wait to see what the next meso brings! Bring it on I say!! :)

PS. My hubby is doing STS with me and is seeing even greater results than me, of course I'm jealous but y'know guys build muscle faster and all that jazz...he can't stop flexing in the mirror every chance he gets! It's rather amusing I must admit!

I suspect we are hungrier because what we are doing exercise wise calls for building muscle and in order to do that you need more food.

I'm not really looking for building muscle per se, but I can already tell I'm doing way better on the pushup craze in week two than I did in week one (I repeat every week) I felt much stronger, so something is happening to those muscles even if they are not getting bigger.... :)
I was also not even close to as sore after doing meso1 legs 1 for the second time as I was at the first! It's very encouraging!

I wish my husband was doing STS too! He was going to but then he got sick and now he is taking the longest time to get back on track. I'm guessing by the time he is ready to start STS I will be way on my way to meso 2....

Bring it on is all I can say here too!:)

That's what I'm thinking--building muscle requires calories.

Also, you're right on about notcing differences. I just completed Disc 4 and noticed a difference from the first week and it's made me ecstatic. :) It's inspiring actually.
