Does anyone else notice that they are hungrier after strength training than a cardio workout?
This morning I did Muscle Endurance from 5:30 - 6:30. Had a protein shake with yoghurt right after. Then at 7:30 had an eggwhite omelette. Then at 9:30 had oatmeal. At 10:30 had 2 tsp. of peanut butter on 2 pieces of melba toast. Now its 11:40 and I'm eating my lunch (salad with a cup of wheat berries). I just feel that I've been eating all morning!!
Hopefully this afternoon this will slow down!
