Humbling realization about Leaner Legs

I did Leaner Legs yesterday, and wrote down the routine so I can do it in the future while watching tv. Anyway, I realized those endless squats, lunges, etc. were only 16 or less at a time. It seemed like there were billions of them all strung together. But now that I see it written out on paper, it seems like it should be a little easier :). Hah!

Thanks Rose for the tip. Maybe I will write the routine down too and see if that helps me. LL hasn't been used much in my house compared to other Cathe's because I'm simply terrified of it. Even with my light weights LL is just so hard.

Leaner Legs seems endless because there are no rests! You go from one exercise to the next. I did the same thing - writing down the whole routine so I could keep track of my weights, and when I did the routine the next time, I couldn't believe how fast I seemed to move through the list of exercises.

I think the worst exercise for me is the one where you put one leg behind you on the low step and do the lunges. My back foot always feels like it's going to slip backwards right off the step and I can never fully concentrate on the front leg like I should.

It's the sweat and discomfort that makes it last longer - LOL!

This work out I really have to mentally prepare for it all day long. It sure is tough but I love it and feel great when I am done.
