I did Leaner Legs yesterday, and wrote down the routine so I can do it in the future while watching tv. Anyway, I realized those endless squats, lunges, etc. were only 16 or less at a time. It seemed like there were billions of them all strung together. But now that I see it written out on paper, it seems like it should be a little easier . Hah!
