How many risers are needed for this workout? I have just the 4 that came with my step. Do I need to order more? Also, as an advanced exerciser, should I still go ahead and order the other two DVDs from this series or will i never use them?
Hi, I don't think you would need the extra riser unless you want to get deeper in the glute area for step ups which is the only time you would raise it to 4 or 5. Sometimes I lower my at 4 depending on how I feel that day. If you have the regular club step with risers, you can use one of them.
I have the other 2 dvds but they are not too advance but you can make them advance if you want to. I only use it once as I like Cathe's more advance workouts but I guess if I were to have a cold or something It might just come in handy for those days.
