HSTA UB/LB premix

For a while now, I've done ME, HSTA (minus the leg presses) and Bootcamp (cardio only) each week (plus FitTV KPC and some other cardio). I decided it was time to mix it up a bit starting this week. So, I did HSTA UB/LB premix (including the leg presses) for my strength and am planning to do the BC/ME combo for my circuit training. Holy moly, the HSTA UB/LB premix exhausted me! Moreso than ME has in a long time! Doing all the HSTA strength at once, without the cardio breaking it up, is really challenging. I think it's a really thorough strength workout. (OK, so I tacked on Bootcamp abs at the end.) I love it! I also like how short it is, around 40 minutes. I haven't done the BC/ME combo yet. I haven't even previewed it.

Ya know, I have HSTA and never even thought about doing the UB/LB premix. Man I just love these workouts so many ways to do them!!!!
