Hello everyone!

I was just wondering how was everyone's workout today.
As for myself I did Bodymax today (together with cyber training partner Susan) and we had a real good time.
I used a 25lb barbell for all the barbell stuff, and weights from 20lb to 8lb.
Great workout, really made my day! :)

Hello Mari,
Today I did Muscle Endurance and ugh I had a rough time. I did go a little heavier on many exercises. For example, I totally fried my bi's with 25# bb. Used 30# and I made it through all of the static lunges :)
I won't talk about the ab work because it was pitifulx(

Hi,
I did Rythmic Step today. I really enjoyed it, though some of the steps I messed up on but I didn't feel completely winded when I was done but still got a great workout & dripping. It was going to be Step Blast but RS sat there lonely since I haven't touched it for a while, haha.

I did Step Fit today. First time, and it's about time! I've only owned it for a year! I enjoyed the routine, esp. the flying angels. The cool down was a lot of fun too, although a little frustrating because she assumes everyone knows the Macarena (No, I don't Cathe, but I learned it real fast today, thank you very much!) It's fun doing her old step tapes and seeng how she's evolved over the years. I only have two left to try, Step Fit and Step Jam. They're on the list for next week.
 
Hello everyone. Today I went to they YMCA and did the 123 strive weight circuit and went on the bike for 15 minutes and set it up for interval.

Today is my 40th bday(yeah!), and I did bootcamp, then tacked on some more leg and ab work. It was so great because I was thinking the whole time there is no way at age 37 that I could have done this workout, much less add on to it! Lets here it for the aging thing, and having Cathes' workouts to keep us young!

Today I did Boot Camp ...it was quite fun and it went by so fast. Had me in a good sweat ; I'll probably get doms from it :)
 
I did TimeSaver Workout #1. I love the SJP step section. After this short workout I had to get busy and primed my Foyer.
 
It is so much fun to read about all of these workouts. :)

Hayne, happy birthday to you. I felt the samed way when I turned 40 -- ran my first marathon -- and I thought I was in the best shape of my life! You go girl!
 
Hey--I did Muscle Endurance, too. I am still a little sore, especially in my core from doing Boot Camp for the first time (Wednesday--hoo boy--it kicked my you-know-what). But ME felt pretty good today and I went up in weight on my barbell leg work (to 40 lbs) and to 8 lbs for the front/side shoulder raises. I still have to modify some of the core workx(.

Today was plb for me.I did it heavy all through and am tight in my hams now.I had thought of doing kpc but decided not to

I did PS Chest, Shoulders and Triceps and Abs from MIS. I have to cut out cardio for the next 2 weeks to see if the 2nd cortisone shot works for my heel.:( The doctor is recommending orthotics also so I have to save my money. I will be doing strength only for 2 weeks and maybe some pilates for stretching. I can't even ride my bike it hurts to do that also;( . I will probably go through some cardio withdrawal.;(
 
Today I did NOTHING. It sucks. My doctor told me to rest my knees for a week. No lower body workouts, no stepping, no kickboxing. She might as well have told me to shoot myself right between the eyes.}(

But seriously, I'll be a good patient and obey her orders. As I keep saying, I want these knees to be able to chase after my grandkids one day.

I did PH, upper body only yesterday so today's rest day. I am incredibly bored.

I did Muscle Endurance, too. It was a great workout. I haven't done weight training for a while and it felt GREAT to get back into it.

Tomorrow I teach step aerobics at 7:30am so I'm sure I'll be feeling it from today's workout in the morning. Those last leg exercises that she does where we are in the lunge and keep the back leg straight while we lunge on the front leg just killed me. I had a lot of trouble standing back up after that, my legs were permanently stuck LOL.

Today was Lower Body for me. Did Legs & Glutes til the ankle weight part. Then did TS #5 starting with the Squats, Kick buttlunges and the One leg squat. Then added 3.5 lb ankle weights for the standing leg work. I also did the Abs from Cardio & Weights, then finished with 30 min of Step Blast. For some reason I got real hungry or I would have done the Blasts!!! Great workout...thanks for asking Mari...:)...Carole
