How to post your pic's info

With help from Aila, heres how

Scan your photo onto your desktop as a JPG
Google Picturetrail and sign up (its free)
Follow the promps on how to transfer desktop pic onto picturetrail
Copy the URL address given
Go to Cathes webpage and your "edit provile"
Paste in your URL address in the Avatar section
Click Update at bottom of page when finished

It may take bit of trail and effort, but if you have any problems, post the question on open discussion and someone will answer it.

Come on everyone. We have six definates happening, but we want more!

Make sure yourve "updated" your "provile".

Having said that, you came up alright on the "this is me" post.........so I dont now the answer because my "hair extentions" are too tight, making my brain smaller

Wendy,

At picture trail, right click on the picture and select "copy image location" then come to the user profile and paste it into the avatar area. That's what I had to do.

I think I figured it out-we'll soon see.

By the way, I'm a cat lover too. We snuck our little Grace into the church for wedding photos. We were so busy concentrating on the cat that we looked totally distracted but our cat was sure cute!:)
 
You did it!!! Your pics are great Wendy....:)...I never thought about doing it like Nadine said...I just did it thru Picture trail and then removed the brackets and the capital IMG from each end of the url before I posted to my avatar area, if this makes any sense at all...:)...Carole
 
I want to post my pictures too ,but I'm not real smart ,My scanner doesnt work ,and I have no digetal camera ,Is there still away for me to get my pictures up ???? You other ladies have so motivated me to get rid of the rest of my "Jiggle" thanks so much . I too am a size 6 or 5 ,and have lost 48 pounds ,but gotta get that last little bit outa there LOL ,I'm gonna start a food journal !!! That will help me to Eat clean !!!! I have trouble with the sweets !!!!

That is so precious! To us he IS our child, and we would love to include him in everything we do, but Apache has other ideas--"you want me to do what???" Oh well!

Can you include a wedding pic with you guys and Grace-- Love to see it!

I did the picture trail thing, but when trying to put it in my Cathe profile, it keeps saying that the avatar is invalid, like others have said.

I am writing http://www.picturetrail.com/emebea , on the avatar space. Is that what I'm supposed to write or is it something else?

You need to go into your picturetrail and then on the left-hand side menu select "Image URL's". Then select "Get Image URL's". Then go into the appropriate album that has the picture you want to post. Under the picture you want to post there will be a URL text box with the actual URL info. Copy and paste that into your avatar on your profile here.

Hope that makes sense.
