How to order calendar and high step on same order?

Has anyone ordered the 2008 calendar and something else in the same order? I want to order the calendar and the 12" high step, but I
can't figure out how to combine them on the same order. I would appreciate any help!

Valerie, I don't think you can order them on the same order until they are in stock....
