How to obliterate back fat?

Hi,
What workouts or rotations would get rid of back fat fast? Is it really just a matter of lots of cardio? There must be a way to get those nice little muscles in the upper back but without adding bulk.
Runners and aerobic instructors have such awesome backs. those racer back and criss cross sports bras look so good on them. Maybe we can get more back exercises in the next batch that Cathe comes up with? PS BB has a real good back routine...can we get more?

Hi, if you're talking about fat around the bra line, I lost a full inch in that area within 2 weeks after using Kick, Punch, and Crunch. I think kickboxing is excellent for the back and waist line.

I have this same problem, more around my lower back than upper, but it all needs to slim down. I am betting alot of repys will tell you kickboxing, which I am doing today!! i am interested in your replies. Good question!!!

Those back "handles" are annoying, aren't they? I think they should be treated the same as any other area that tends to store fat: you need to decrease your body fat percentage through exercise (cardio--including interval work 1 or 2 times a week; weights to increase your metabolic rate and to tone the area) and diet (by that I mean avoiding junk food as well as processed foods, sticking with natural foods as much as possible, and being mindful of portions).

I agree with other posters that kickboxing is great for toning that area, as well as the upper body in general.

They aren't the prettiest things...no. It's very tempting to be lured by Joyce Vedral's video titles...something along the lines of " Bra rolls " But if you think about it seriously, it must be just a matter of lots of Cardio, diet and weights and patience...SIGH.

Hi Kelley,

Kick, Punch, and Crunch is the only Cathe video I have so far. I have a question for you about it. You said that you saw results after just 2 weeks of using it. How many times a week are you doing it? I am only doing it once a week with my other (non-Cathe) videos. I LOVE this workout! I feel so powerful while I'm doing it - not exhausted or weak. I thought that if I did it more I would wear out. Thanks,
Shelly

Hi Shelly, I was doing the workout at least twice per week when I first received it. I couldn't believe the results. My bras immediately started getting bigger on me. I was wearing them on the loosest (not sure that is a real word) and within 2 weeks I was wearing them on the tightest setting. I haven't been doing the workout as much lately due to time and I'm now back to the middle setting. I'm getting my scheduled straightened out this week and I'm adding it back in again at least once per week. This is the only workout that has ever given me results in the bra line area.
