How to do quarter stop curls?

Hello,

The 6th STS 1RM exercise is "standing quarter stop curls both arms", #254. Please tell me what this exercise is. Are we starting with arms long and only coming up to the 90 degree angle at the elbows? Or is it different than that?

I'm pretty sure one rep of a quarter stop curl includes one full curl, one 3/4 curl, and one 1/2 curl. They are included in one of the bicep clips on You Tube. (So doing 10 reps would really be like doing 30 reps. Might want to keep that in mind when you chose your IRM weight!)
