how to cancel

No, you don't contact us. You just go to your account page on the streaming site to cancel.

I tried cancelling my on line streaming through the account page and don't see a way to do it. Please advise?

You can cancel anytime by clicking the “My Account” link at https://cathe.com/stream/. Then select “view” button in “Recent Orders” . Then select the “view” button again in related subscriptions and then select the cancel button.

anytime I try and do this it logs me out from the site...seems like a scam with and endless loop with no way out
Hi adamscca, as long as you follow the instructions on our site "You can cancel anytime by clicking the “My Account” link at https://cathe.com/stream/. Then select the “view” button in “Recent Orders". Then select the “view” button again in related subscriptions and then select the cancel button". We haven't had any reports similar to yours, so make sure you're following these instructions correctly. If you still have problems just contact our customer service at [email protected] and they can help you on Monday. But first, make sure you're selecting the "view" button under “Recent Orders", not the "View Your On Demand Videos Now" button. I just tested this on a computer and it's working fine. If you're trying to do this on a mobile device you may need to rotate your device to a horizontal or landscape view.
