Hello Cathe, hello Everyone!
I have a question for you all. I am currently training to prapare for a "figure competition" in March 2007. I am training on Cathe's DVS and I am having GREAT results.
I am going to start a pretty heavy and fun workout split routine; Morning (before breakfast) and Night. I like the rotation idea. I would love to integrate it in a split routine. I don't want to get hurt by over doing things. I have a degree in Kinesiology (sciences of physical activity). I don't have the absolute knowledge and that's why I am asking for advice.
If I would be doing the december rotation, how would you do it so it is safe, efficient and fun?
