after you completed one exercise in meso 2--should you feel completely spent where you can not do one more rep ( not including the ones that you go to failure) or a little tired?
i just did disc 13 and don't feel much of anything (except in the tri's)
not sure if i am going too light... in the drop set--- after the first 12 should you be shaking to do one more before the rest--- or just straining a tad
